HOW WE OPERATE
We believe the PCO should act as conductor, bringing all the variety of services and suppliers to order, ensuring that everyone plays to the same tune and also act as a conduit between the client and all the sub-contractors involved with the conference or event. What we are offering is a total turn-key operation for our clients, eliminating the hassle of their having to deal with numerous different suppliers.
Planning
We are paid to be proactive, to document all discussions, allocate responsibilities, follow up action dates, and see that things get done on time and correctly. We drive the complete planning process using the unique skills developed over many years in the international conference industry, whilst at the same time using the wealth of knowledge that the client can contribute.
Marketing
We produce attractive promotional material and promote the conference internationally and locally to help achieve the objectives of the number of delegates from the mix of backgrounds and countries determined by the client. Booking Office
We handle all correspondence with delegates quickly and efficiently, including all financial transactions for registration, accommodation and pre-and post-conference tours. We use Amlink's powerful Events Pro and Events Interactive software packages.
Managing the Event
We then stage-manage the conference, treating it as theatre, with wonderful atmosphere, smiling efficient staff, memorable social events, all run with military precision.
Financial Control
We produce budgets and full monthly income and expenditure statements and balance sheets to ensure the responsible financing of the conference, and assist with motivations to potential sponsors and finally we bring all the conference finances and administration together quickly and accurately.
How We Charge
We charge a planning fee which covers all the work up to the conference, a booking office fee to cover the registration process, an event management fee linked to the number of delegates, and a financial management fee to cover total financial management and administration.
All fees are quoted in advance for the period of the conference, the planning and financial management fee being fixed amounts and all other charges being variable, linked to the number of delegates.

We strive to eliminate the inconvenience of our clients having to deal with a variety of suppliers. The items in blue are handled in-house, the items in green are subcontracted to specialist sub-contractors under our control.
